Manufacturer's warranty

Most appliances come with warranty provided by their manufacturers. Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a warranty call-out/service call-out. Look for the serial number on the left, right, back, or front of your appliance.

If you run into difficulty with the manufacturer or supplier, call us on 1300 000 560.

Your appliance's manufacturer will arrange a replacement or refund if the appliance is determined to be faulty. You may request a replacement or refund as preferred. If the appliance is no longer available a refund will be issued.

Madari Group will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Goods cannot be replaced until the faulty goods are received. Allow 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for remote areas). Madari Group will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process.

Products deemed to be not faulty will either be returned to you at your cost, or refunded net of the cost of return and a restocking fee. Be certain you have fully tested the product prior to requesting a return.
